Holt Lunsford Commercial Reports Run of Office and Industrial Lease Deals Across Fort Worth Area
The brokerage disclosed a batch of recent office and industrial leases, renewals and expansions in Fort Worth and nearby cities, led by a 54,600-square-foot industrial lease at Fort Worth South Business Park.

Holt Lunsford Commercial has released a list of recent leasing transactions in Fort Worth and surrounding communities, covering both office and industrial space. The deals, reported on Nov. 23, 2025, include new leases, renewals and expansions, with the firm representing landlords in each case and tenants in a few.
The largest industrial deal was a 54,600-square-foot lease by Macro Air Technologies, Inc. at Fort Worth South Business Park, 76140. Kyle Pardon and Sam Welles of ALT+Co represented the tenant, while Matt Carthey and Trey Goodspeed of Holt Lunsford represented the landlord, Cohen.
Riverbend Business Park in Fort Worth's 76118 ZIP code accounted for many of the industrial transactions. Trinity Drywall renewed 13,000 square feet, and Sunwise Home LLC leased 7,200 square feet. Inbox Technologies LLC renewed 5,400 square feet, and JBE Facilities Services leased 3,000 square feet. Effortless Branding LLC expanded by 2,700 square feet, American Fire Supply leased 2,700 square feet, Green Light Solar LLC renewed 2,400 square feet, and Le Tapia leased 2,000 square feet. Grayson Fleitz and Matt Carthey represented the landlord, Riverbend Properties, in each of these.
Other industrial deals were spread across the region. Dallas Restore LLC renewed and expanded to 9,000 square feet at Minnis Industrial in Fort Worth, and Circle L Roofing and Solar leased 3,000 square feet on Midway Road. Utopian Logistics, LLC leased 5,250 square feet on Tension Drive, with Garrett Goldstein of Rich Young representing the tenant. Trey Goodspeed also handled 360 Clarus at Suffolk Business Park (2,100 square feet) and Miller Highlife LLC at Northeast Business Center in North Richland Hills (1,140 square feet, with Grayson Fleitz).
Outside Fort Worth, Stratatek Test & Measurement USA renewed and expanded to 5,750 square feet at Carrier Place in Grand Prairie. SolarFree, Inc. leased 5,520 square feet at 109th Street Business Park in Arlington, and Alpha Fire Sprinklers LLC leased 1,960 square feet at Airport Circle in Euless.
On the office side, Hazen and Sawyer D.P.C renewed 8,853 square feet at First Cash Plaza, 76102, with Curtis Dean of CD Commercial representing the tenant. United Healthcare Services, Inc. renewed 6,672 square feet at Corporate at the Crossing in North Richland Hills; Amy Lerner of CBRE represented the tenant. Freddy's Frozen Custard, LLC renewed and expanded its lease by 6,243 square feet at One West 7th, 76107, with Carthey representing the tenant.
Smaller office transactions included Cheldan Homes LP expanding by 3,696 square feet at Quorum West and Havey Vigil Financial Group LLC leasing 2,592 square feet at One Ridgmar Centre. Element 8 Tech Investment Group renewed 2,365 square feet at Two City Place, with Vic Meyer representing the tenant and Breck Besserer of Citadel Partners representing the landlord, Spire Realty. Jeffery Schaffer renewed 1,253 square feet at Summit Office Park, with Andy Goldston of Citadel Partners representing the tenant.
Two more small leases rounded out the office list: Schimmel Security of Texas LLC took 734 square feet at 3001 W 5th Street, with Collin Lasater of Compass CRE representing the tenant, and Katie Romero leased 442 square feet at Fossil Creek I & II. Vic Meyer, Matt Carthey, Reilly Clark, Kareem Amer and Ross Moncrief were among the other Holt Lunsford brokers named on the office deals.
